Terms of Use — Chit Chor
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Chit Chor, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Licence to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Chit Chor on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Your Account and Username
You are responsible for the username you choose. Usernames that impersonate others, or are offensive or misleading, may be refused or changed. Keep your linked Google/Apple account secure; anyone with access to it can restore your progress.
4. Playing Fair and Chatting Kindly
You agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or otherwise objectionable content in chat.
- Share personal information about yourself or others in chat.
- Use cheats, bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits, or interfere with rooms, coins or leaderboards.
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use the App in any unlawful way.
Players can mute and report messages. We may remove content, reset coins or leaderboard entries, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
5. Coins and In-App Purchases
Coins are a virtual in-game currency with no real-world value. They are earned by playing and from the daily bonus, and spent inside the game (for example, 50 coins to start a friends' room). Coins cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes, and no part of the game is gambling. If coin packs are offered, they are sold through Google Play under Google's payment terms; except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable. Coins may be adjusted to correct errors, refunds or abuse.
6. Online Service
Online play, chat, coins and leaderboards depend on our servers and your connection. We aim to keep them available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. Play vs Computer also works offline.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its artwork, characters, sounds, code, name and logos, is owned by ToolCraft Studio. "Raja Mantri Chor Sipahi" is a traditional game; our implementation and artwork are original. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google services (Firebase, Google Sign-In, Cloud Text-to-Speech) and, on iPhone, Sign in with Apple. Their terms and policies also apply. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolCraft Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, coins or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
